SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Partners & Estimated Timeframes

We work with major carriers and logistics providers, which may include Estes Express​, XPO LTL, FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, freight carriers, and other qualified logistics partners depending on the product type, destination, and shipping requirements.

Order Processing: Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification. Processing may take longer during holidays, peak periods, inventory shortages, fraud review, weather disruptions, or for products requiring freight, special handling, or lithium-battery transportation arrangements.

Estimated Delivery: After shipment, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on the destination, carrier, service level, and product type. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, we will notify you and provide options as required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised shipping date or cancelling the order for a refund.

2. Order & Shipping Details

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to request an address correction, contact us immediately at service@pvbat.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to update an address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, has been assigned to a warehouse, or has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Split Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Disclaimer:If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at service@pvbat.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number, photos of the package and product if applicable, and any carrier notices.

We will work with you and the carrier to review tracking information, delivery confirmation, damage reports, and available insurance or claim options. Responsibility for loss, theft, or damage will be determined based on the carrier’s records, applicable shipping terms, insurance coverage, and applicable law.

Do not discard damaged packaging or products until the issue has been reviewed, as the carrier or PVBAT may require photos, inspection, or return of the item.

4. Lithium Battery Shipping Notice

Some PVBAT products contain lithium batteries and may be subject to special transportation, labeling, packaging, documentation, and carrier restrictions. Shipping methods and delivery times may vary based on product type, battery capacity, destination, and applicable transportation rules.

Customers must not return or ship damaged, swollen, leaking, burned, punctured, modified, or otherwise unsafe batteries without receiving written instructions from PVBAT. Unauthorized shipment of unsafe lithium batteries may be refused and may create safety or legal risks.

5. Important Notes
Address Accuracy: Please double-check the shipping address carefully before placing an order. Due to our quick processing, we cannot intercept or modify an address once the order is shipped.
